Registration

• Participants must carefully read the event terms, conditions, and arrangements. By submitting a registration, participants agree to comply with and accept all event terms, conditions, and arrangements introduced by the Organiser herein and thereafter.

• Participants must ensure all information provided on the registration form is accurate and correct. If any information is found to be false or inaccurate, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant.

• Participation in this event is entirely voluntary. Participants agree to assume all risks and responsibilities, and shall have no right to claim compensation or hold the Organiser (including the committee, event planners, sponsors, and supporting organisations) liable for any personal injury, accident, death, or any form of loss incurred during transit to/from the venue, during the event, or arising from any other reasons.

• Participants are responsible for completing the payment procedure within the specified timeframe through designated channels. Failure to complete payment within the deadline will result in forfeiture of eligibility. The Organiser will not issue reminders, grant extensions, or accept alternative payment methods.

• Once a registration is accepted, requests for transfer of entry or change of race categories will not be entertained. No refunds, returns, transfers, or cancellations will be provided for submitted or duplicate registrations.

• The Organiser reserves the right to alter the registration deadline without prior notice. On-site and late registrations will not be accepted.

• Duplicate registrations will be treated as a single entry. Any extra registration fees paid will non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward other applicants or events. Submitted registration details will not be returned.

• Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.

• Successfully registered participants will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering, please contact us (Email: [email protected] ; Tel: +852 2117 1650).

Collection of Finisher Gifts

• Participants must present a printed or digital copy of the notification email to collect finisher gifts. To authorise a proxy to collect on your behalf, please present a completed Authorization Letter along with proof of identity.

• All participants must collect finisher gifts at the designated location within the date and time specified by the Organiser. Gifts will not be distributed after the specified period, and no further notice will be given.

Health & Safety Guidelines

• Participants must fully understand the nature and content of the event and acknowledge that physical exertion is required. Participants must ensure they are physically fit to join. The Organiser strongly advises all participants to monitor their own health condition during the event. Should you feel unwell, please stop immediately and seek help from event staff.

• Participants are advised to take sun protection measures, such as bringing sunblock, wearing a hat, and staying hydrated.

• Individuals who are pregnant or suffer from chronic illnesses (such as heart disease or high blood pressure) are strongly discouraged from participating. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed physically unfit if known or suspected.

• If a participant causes intentional damage resulting in additional expenses for the Organiser, the participant must provide reasonable compensation.

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules, terms, and conditions. In case of any dispute arising from the event (including the interpretation and execution of any rules), the Organiser's decision shall be final.

• The Organiser, contractors, employees, or volunteers assume no responsibility or liability for any accidents or injuries occurring to participants on the day of the event.

Personal Data Statement

• Participants must ensure that all personal data provided is accurate and truthful.

• Disqualification will apply to anyone providing false information or impersonating others. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against violators.

• By registering for this event, participants consent to the Organiser and authorised third parties using photos, audio, video recordings, and personally identifiable data obtained from this event indefinitely and legally for event organization and promotional purposes, without prior review or approval by the participant.

General Matters

• All gifts and prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Organiser reserves all rights to modify and interpret the above rules and regulations.
